Rental Terms, Conditions and Waiver

Booking

Please navigate to the booking tab or you may email, call/text us at 424-254-9303, letsbecreativesc@gmail.com.  Please give us 48 business hours for a response.

Standard delivery time begins at 8:00am the same day as rental if a special request is needed please contact us directly.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your reservation please be sure to call us as soon as possible at 424-254-9303. Cancellations eight (8) days or more prior to event will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than (7) days prior to event may result in the loss of your deposit. 

Equipment Pick Up

At the time of pickup, Let's Be Creative, will assess the condition of the equipment. If the equipment is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, face paint, candy or body fluids are found, Let's Be Creative will charge up to $150.00 clean up fee to the card on file.

If any of the equipment at the time of pickup is missing, a charge to the person or the organization (receipt(s) provided) will be charged to the card on file. 

Deposit

At the time of booking a 50% deposit will be required to secure your requested date. The remaining balance is due the seven (7) days prior to your event.

If booking less than 7 days prior to your event the full amount will be due at the time of booking. 

Weather Conditions

Should it rain on the day of your event, Let's Be Creative will work with you on a solution suitable to all parties. Please call us at 424-254-9303. 

Equipment

All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use. We use proprietary formula that is both safe on your children skin and also kills 99.9% germs. 

* By entering in a contract with Let's Be Creative you agree to comply with the above rules and the Liability safety rules and procedures.

Release and Waiver Liability

This is a legal document between the client "the renter" and "Let's Be Creative Event Planning" which affects your legal rights, so please read carefully.
The renter desires to rent from Let's Be Creative Event Planning, equipment to be used by the renter, his/her guests, invites or other individuals while in renters' possession. Renter understands that use of this soft play equipment may, by its nature cause injury or harm to renter, his/her guests, invites or other individuals.

  1. Waiver and Release: Renter understands and acknowledges that this release discharges Let's Be Creative Event Planning from any liability or claim that the renter may have against Let's Be Creative Event Planning with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the renters use and possession of Let's Be Creative Event Planning equipment. Renter does hereby release and forever discharges and hold harmless Let's Be Creative Event Planning and its successors and assigns from any and all liability claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Renters possession and use of Let's Be Creative Event Planning equipment.

  2. Insurance: Renter understands that insurance for liability, health, and medical or disability coverage in any way related to the rental of equipment under this agreement is the sole responsibility of Renter.

  3. Indemnification: Renter/Client agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold Let's Be Creative Event Planning harmless from any liability resulting from the use of Let's Be Creative Event Planning equipment by renter, his/hers assigns, heirs, guests, invites or other individuals utilizing the equipment while in renter's possession.

 I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Let's Be Creative Event Planning for any reason. In return I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in within, in efforts to keep the Let's Be Creative Event Planning experience positive, I have read the safety rules and understand that I will ask for clarifications when needed.

Safety procedures/ Play Rules:

  • PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • ​Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr old)/parent/guardian while in play area.

  • NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS are allowed on mats (play area)

  • NO food, drinks, candy, or gum allowed in play area

  • NO diving into the ball pit

  • NO equipment should be removed from within play area

  • No paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos,  face paint etc.) are not allowed in soft play areas

  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc.

  • DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems
